引入jquery.js, jquery-ui.js,

<script scr="http://code.jquery.com/ui/1.11.4/jquery-ui.js"></script>
一句：
$("#move").draggable();
如希望，点住时鼠标变手形：
$("#move").mousedown(function(){$(this).css("cursor","pointer");}).mouseup(function(){$(this).css("cursor","default");
